The Phantom of the Opera is Enchanting!

It’s been a week and I’m still not over the feels of The Phantom of the Opera! The music plays endlessly in my head. Would you believe that I’m currently listening to its soundtrack in Spotify while writing this? Hahaha! 😂🎶🎭

It’s been two years since I went to watch the theater, with Wicked back in 2017. When I found out that The Phantom of the Opera is coming back here in Manila, I decided to go without a speck of doubt. I invited my family along. My aunt loved the movie, and for sure, she would love the theater even more!

And just like that, we bought tickets right away! Together we went to The Theater at Solaire last March 7 for the evening show. The whole place was all about POTO feels!

Hi guys! I'm beside the POTO poster

....and also by the entrance!

Me and my family at the mirrors photo booth.

Woah! That sculpture will put you further in the feels~

Of course, the mask has a food version, too!

Nearing 8PM, we were called to go inside for the show was about to start! 😃 Excitement filled my heart because entering the theater is like going into a new world.

Something wonderful is going to happen on that stage!

Excited for Phantom!

And when the lights came off, the show completely consumed my attention. Sorry guys, taking photos of the scenes is not allowed. But I tell you, the show will blow your mind!

The first scene with the chandelier, with all its captivating lights and movements, literally gave me a jaw dropping experience. Literally, yes. I knew it would be good, but it exceeded my expectations. Makes me wonder how they did that. 😲

The main cast, Jonathan Roxmouth (Phantom), Clara Verdier (Christine Daae), and Matt Leisy (Raoul Vicomte de Chagny) were impeccable in their acting. Their singing are all enchanting! I got goosebumps at every scene, the voices of all the main and supporting actors… and the harmony of the orchestra! The sets, costumes, the props! Everything was well done and well coordinated.

And here’s the thing, I have watched the movie a lot of times. But it was the theater that gave depth to the experience. I already knew the ending, but it didn’t stop me from getting emotional, too. 😭 Overall, the performance was spellbinding! The thunderous applause of the audience was proof! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Bravo to the cast!

And if at the end, you too, would be mesmerized by the show, you can check out the souvenir shops for these gorgeous finds! I personally love the Phantom bear. Cutieee~

Those Phantom bears! :D

Trinkets mugs, aaaand masks

Shirts and hoodies, too!

Woah! Pins and more souvenirs!

I have been smitten by the Phantom. The Angel of Music has entranced me! I left the theater with The Phantom of the Opera singing in my head...

🎶 “And in this labyrinth,
Where night is blind,
The Phantom of the Opera is there,
Inside your mind.” 🎼🎤🎭

The 2019 Starbucks SG Planner

Happy New Year, dear readers! The year 2019 comes with new wishes, new beginnings, and of course, new planners! Yay! I'm excited for all of it. The new year for me means a fresh start for all the failures I've had for the previous year. Yep, I feel ya! 2018 was kinda rough for me, too. But anyways, I'm here to share with you a tool to help us face the days ahead.  I'm sure that some of us take life as it goes along. But there are others, like me, who have a planning personality. And lemme tell ya, it's really frustrating how things don't go according to plan. Most of the time, life doesn't make it go as planned. Ugh... But fret not! Even if life foils everything, that doesn't stop us from using planners! Wheee~ They're cute and inspirational. They give us a sense of "getting our life together" , too. Hahaha~ So for this post, I'm gonna share with you the Starbucks Singapore  2019 planner!  The 2019 Starbucks Singapore Planner

Lee Min Ho Mall Tour: SM Mall of Asia Leg

I still can't believe that it was just two nights ago (November 18, 2012), I saw Lee Min Ho in the flesh! As early as 5:30PM, I was already in SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, joining the fans as we eagerly wait for his arrival. The crowd was very overwhelming. I bet some people waited there two hours earlier than I did!  Lee Min Ho is a South Korean actor. His popular dramas include Boys Over Flowers, City Hunter, and Faith among others. His prowess as an actor and his to-die-for looks are enough to make women go gaga over him -me included!  He is my favorite actor. I love his dramas. In the future, as I gain more skills, I plan to cosplay his characters, especially Johnny from City Hunter. He is the reason why I love Korean products like Etude House . Now, I have another brand to love... and it's a Filipino brand! I'm very happy that Lee Min Ho is the latest endorser of the clothing line, Bench .  Crowds make me uncomfortable. It was my first time to have ever attended

[Review] Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub

Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub is a product that impressed me on my first try. Mostly, when I review beauty products, I use it at least a week to see the effects and results on my skin. I never thought that a body scrub can make me go "wow!" instantly! I got this from my Gluta-C Sample Room haul . And I used it the day after I got it. I was that excited!  This product is packaged in a tub. It is a soft, viscous, and grainy cream. The smell is nice, too! It has a cool perfume scent.  120g tub of Gluta-C Body Scrub This is how I used this: I wet my skin and then took an ample amount of the scrub and then applied it using circular motions. Afterwards, I put liquid body wash on a loofah then rubbed on my skin. I could feel the small grains from the scrub gently exfoliating my skin. I love the combination it does with the body wash. The bubbles and the foam make it comfortable! All the while, I know that my skin is thoroughly cleansed!  Here is the surprise!
