An Amazing Boyzone Concert in Singapore

Year 1998. The song “All That I Need” was top of the charts. Boyzone was MTV’s Artist of the Month. It was then that my teenage self became a fan. I had (I still do!) the cassette tapes of their albums Said and Done to By Request. I bought all the magazines that featured them.I waited on MTV for hours just to see their music video come up. Ah the struggle! Kids nowadays don’t know how lucky they are! 🤣

I was in the province and there was no way for me to go see them whenever they had concerts in Manila. But it was every fan girl’s dream: to see her idol in person and watch their concert.

Destiny is full of surprises. Most of the time, it requires a long process of waiting. My teenage years passed and my fangirl dreams were put aside. Temporarily.

Now, 20 years later, Boyzone announced their farewell concert and I’m reminded of my dreams once again. The most opportune time has come. My last chance to see them in concert as Boyzone. I was definitely not gonna let it pass!

I flew to Singapore for this chance of a lifetime! It was such a blessing as it was a treat from boyfie! Yay! We went to Singapore Indoor Stadium together and all the while, I had a very overwhelming feeling of thrill and happiness! You know, that feeling of a dream coming true! 😍

The tickets: Boyzone live in Singapore Indoor Stadium

When the Boyz came up the stage and the music started playing, it was such a surreal feeling! Everybody clapped and screamed and danced throughout the show. I had the most awesome time! Oh, did I mention it’s my first time to be in a concert? Ah yeah... this one didn’t disappoint! #BZ25! Wheee~

And there they are for real! Ronan (who was officially my first crush everrrr!), Mikey, Shane, and Keith. I miss Stephen so much, too.

My view from my seat... it's actually nearer in real life'

The Boyz on stage!

All of us at the audience all had a wonderful time! It was a great concert with incredible performers! Everything was well put: the lights, the sounds, the band... The production was marvelous! Me and boyfie enjoyed the show so much! Yay!

Some dreams take a long time to come true. And when it does, the feeling is absolutely amazing! Wow! Good job, Boyz! See you again soon!

Presenting The Starbucks 2014 Planner

There are a lot of 2014 planners available out there. For this post, let me share with you the 2014 Starbucks Planner. Every December, people are talking about it! The cover and the layouts are something to look forward to, as well. For this year, it came in four colors: yellow, magenta, brown, and black. The black one is the Philippine edition ( hmmm, tempting! ). I'm very much impressed because the cover feels like leather.  I will feature the magenta one. My friend owns this. I already have a planner for 2014, owning another doesn't make sense at all. Hehehe ~ So, I decided to take some photos of it and share what's inside. (^_^) Left: the box, Right: the planner.  The cover is embossed with coffee icons and Starbucks coffee blend logos. I noticed the symbol for their coffee Sumatra and the elephant icon for Kenya. The 2014 Starbucks Planner in magenta I saw the symbol of the Starbucks coffee blend Sumatra embossed on it. Here is a really cute featur

My Chouhou Gundam

I am so excited to write about the latest addition to my Gundam collection!  This time, I got it from the Gundam Caravan Booth last Best of Anime 2012 ! It was a fun-filled event full of cosplayers and various booths !  This time, we were given the Chouhou Gundam to setup. Uhm, I'm not sure if there is another name for this Gundam. However, the Katakana characters read as "Chouhou", so let me stick with that.  The box of Chouhou Gundam. Hey! This one is new! Other than the manual for setting up, there is also comics inside the box. Wow! It is great as I will get to know more about this Gundam! But time was of the essence, so I decided to move on with building and detailing and set aside reading for later. Comics inside the Chouhou Gundam box. So let us start with the steps in setting up. Here are the photos: We start off with the feet Then the head was next. Putting stickers on is hard, you know. Of course, we need the torso to connect the

Proud to be a Bella

May 21 2011 had been added to my list of memorable days thanks to the girls of Belle de Jour Power Planner. That special day was the BDJ Girls' Rendevous for the month of May. The theme was I Dream, therefore I can.  It was one of the biggest event to date. Almost 100 slots were available to be filled. The invitation to the event was given through various contests. I got my slot in this event through the Belle de Jour Facebook Fan Page. They posted a question at exactly 2:54 PM of May 5, 2011. They posted a question as their status which was: Question, Bellas:   How do you unwind/relax when you're stressed from school or work?   The first 25 BDJ Girls who will comment on THIS THREAD will get a slot at the BDJ Rendezvous: I Dream Therefore I Can! : ) When I saw that post, I immediately wrote "I watch my favorite teleserye." Woah! Believe it or not, I got the lucky 25th slot. Weee! The Rendevous was held in Ace Water Spa in Ortigas. I thought that swimming wi
