The Strawberry Shower Gel

I fell in love with The Body Shop shower gels when my cousin brought home a Blueberry variant last Christmas. It smelled so berry good and sweet.  I realize that the calming scents alleviates whatever stress I have at the end of the day.

So when the bottle ran out, I went to the nearest The Body Shop store to purchase it. And what great timing, too! Last month (June 2014), BPI credit cards and The Body Shop had a Buy 1 Get 1 promo on big sized bath and body products. I think the promo is over now. Sorry guys, like all my recent posts here in my blog, this one is also overdue for weeks. (T_T)

So back to the topic, I looked for the Blueberry shower gel. But the friendly sales person sadly told me that it was a limited edition variant. Awww... of course, I felt down but she encouraged me by suggesting that the olive shower gel is just as nice.

However, the scent of the olive variant didn't appeal to me. So I opted to buy the strawberry shower gel instead. It smelled like candy; sweet and delectable.

I actually had the option to get another shower gel as the free item of the promo. But the lovely SA got me to try one of The Body Shop's bestsellers: the body butter.

The Body Shop Shea Body Butter

Yay! I'm so happy with these new stuff! I don't think this purchase of The Body Shop's shower gel is going to be my last.

My shower gel and body butter. (^_^)
Teehee~ And I'm afraid I might get addicted to the Shea Body Butter, too. I have read lots of reviews that rave about it! Yay! These products hold a lot of promise and I foresee myself signing up to be a Love Your Body member.

My Chouhou Gundam

I am so excited to write about the latest addition to my Gundam collection!  This time, I got it from the Gundam Caravan Booth last Best of Anime 2012 ! It was a fun-filled event full of cosplayers and various booths !  This time, we were given the Chouhou Gundam to setup. Uhm, I'm not sure if there is another name for this Gundam. However, the Katakana characters read as "Chouhou", so let me stick with that.  The box of Chouhou Gundam. Hey! This one is new! Other than the manual for setting up, there is also comics inside the box. Wow! It is great as I will get to know more about this Gundam! But time was of the essence, so I decided to move on with building and detailing and set aside reading for later. Comics inside the Chouhou Gundam box. So let us start with the steps in setting up. Here are the photos: We start off with the feet Then the head was next. Putting stickers on is hard, you know. Of course, we need the torso to connect the

Proud to be a Bella

May 21 2011 had been added to my list of memorable days thanks to the girls of Belle de Jour Power Planner. That special day was the BDJ Girls' Rendevous for the month of May. The theme was I Dream, therefore I can.  It was one of the biggest event to date. Almost 100 slots were available to be filled. The invitation to the event was given through various contests. I got my slot in this event through the Belle de Jour Facebook Fan Page. They posted a question at exactly 2:54 PM of May 5, 2011. They posted a question as their status which was: Question, Bellas:   How do you unwind/relax when you're stressed from school or work?   The first 25 BDJ Girls who will comment on THIS THREAD will get a slot at the BDJ Rendezvous: I Dream Therefore I Can! : ) When I saw that post, I immediately wrote "I watch my favorite teleserye." Woah! Believe it or not, I got the lucky 25th slot. Weee! The Rendevous was held in Ace Water Spa in Ortigas. I thought that swimming wi

My Playlist

My taste for music spans a lot of genre! I like Pop, Rock, Alternative, K-pop, J-pop, and RnB. What makes me like the song is the lyrics foremost, and rhythm would be next. I am not really a music junkie. I can't even sing! But I turn to music to make me relax whenever I'm stressed out. It also makes me forget time. As of the moment, my playlist involves a lot of K-Pop songs, thanks to Rain for that matter. There are also Filipino, English and Japanese songs. When I play music, I really pay attention to it. I listen to the rhythm, the tempo, the artist's voice, and the overall emotions of the song. That was how my music critique self was born! It's been a long time since I posted an album review. My playlist for the moment is as shown below. I usually put it on shuffle so this is not ranked according to how I like the music. Credits of the YouTube videos that I embedded goes to their respective owners.  1. My Way by Rain - This is the only song which made me cry
