Ye Olde Toffee Nut Frappuccino

Every December, I see to it that I visit a Starbucks store to order my favorite Toffee Nut Frappuccino. Last year while I was having a cup, I told myself that I would dedicate a post to it once a year. It is my favorite beverage of all. I crave for it the whole year ‘round.

This 2013, I went to Starbucks Glorietta. And yes, being in Makati, they didn't use plastic cups as it was prohibited. So no snowflake printed plastic cups this time.

As usual, I had my customized Toffee Nut Frappuccino with Java Chips and extra Chocolate Drizzle. Yum! I usually order it Grande size but this year, I only got the Tall size. Woah! Talk about price inflation. The whole thing costs PhP200 now. When before, it was PhP170 for the Grande. Woosh!

My Toffee Nut is different from the normal Toffee Nut.  The java chips give the beverage that extra caffeine buzz. The chocolate drizzle gives it that slightly bitter aftertaste which complements the sweetness of the toffee nut syrup. When mixed together with the whipped cream everything comes together in a delightful blend of caffeine, sugar, and cream. Finally, you gotta love the nut sprinkles. They’re small, yet they stand out in the drink.

I really like the Christmas theme this year: Artistry meets Merriment. Wow! Very creative!

Artistry Meets Merriment. Wonderful.
There is one thing I know for sure: each Starbucks cup is a work of art, very unique, and handcrafted. By they way, I have tried out the Gingerbread Latte yet. Oh this means, going back for more! Hehehee~

Hi Jillian :) yep, Orange Mocha was available for a limited time here in my country at some point. I liked it hot because the orange flavor came out strong. I do hope it will be available again. I really miss it

The 2019 Starbucks SG Planner

Happy New Year, dear readers! The year 2019 comes with new wishes, new beginnings, and of course, new planners! Yay! I'm excited for all of it. The new year for me means a fresh start for all the failures I've had for the previous year. Yep, I feel ya! 2018 was kinda rough for me, too. But anyways, I'm here to share with you a tool to help us face the days ahead.  I'm sure that some of us take life as it goes along. But there are others, like me, who have a planning personality. And lemme tell ya, it's really frustrating how things don't go according to plan. Most of the time, life doesn't make it go as planned. Ugh... But fret not! Even if life foils everything, that doesn't stop us from using planners! Wheee~ They're cute and inspirational. They give us a sense of "getting our life together" , too. Hahaha~ So for this post, I'm gonna share with you the Starbucks Singapore  2019 planner!  The 2019 Starbucks Singapore Planner

Lee Min Ho Mall Tour: SM Mall of Asia Leg

I still can't believe that it was just two nights ago (November 18, 2012), I saw Lee Min Ho in the flesh! As early as 5:30PM, I was already in SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, joining the fans as we eagerly wait for his arrival. The crowd was very overwhelming. I bet some people waited there two hours earlier than I did!  Lee Min Ho is a South Korean actor. His popular dramas include Boys Over Flowers, City Hunter, and Faith among others. His prowess as an actor and his to-die-for looks are enough to make women go gaga over him -me included!  He is my favorite actor. I love his dramas. In the future, as I gain more skills, I plan to cosplay his characters, especially Johnny from City Hunter. He is the reason why I love Korean products like Etude House . Now, I have another brand to love... and it's a Filipino brand! I'm very happy that Lee Min Ho is the latest endorser of the clothing line, Bench .  Crowds make me uncomfortable. It was my first time to have ever attended

[Review] Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub

Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub is a product that impressed me on my first try. Mostly, when I review beauty products, I use it at least a week to see the effects and results on my skin. I never thought that a body scrub can make me go "wow!" instantly! I got this from my Gluta-C Sample Room haul . And I used it the day after I got it. I was that excited!  This product is packaged in a tub. It is a soft, viscous, and grainy cream. The smell is nice, too! It has a cool perfume scent.  120g tub of Gluta-C Body Scrub This is how I used this: I wet my skin and then took an ample amount of the scrub and then applied it using circular motions. Afterwards, I put liquid body wash on a loofah then rubbed on my skin. I could feel the small grains from the scrub gently exfoliating my skin. I love the combination it does with the body wash. The bubbles and the foam make it comfortable! All the while, I know that my skin is thoroughly cleansed!  Here is the surprise!
