Presenting The Starbucks 2014 Planner

There are a lot of 2014 planners available out there. For this post, let me share with you the 2014 Starbucks Planner. Every December, people are talking about it! The cover and the layouts are something to look forward to, as well.

For this year, it came in four colors: yellow, magenta, brown, and black. The black one is the Philippine edition (hmmm, tempting!). I'm very much impressed because the cover feels like leather.

I will feature the magenta one. My friend owns this. I already have a planner for 2014, owning another doesn't make sense at all. Hehehe~ So, I decided to take some photos of it and share what's inside. (^_^)

Left: the box, Right: the planner.
The cover is embossed with coffee icons and Starbucks coffee blend logos. I noticed the symbol for their coffee Sumatra and the elephant icon for Kenya.

I saw the symbol of the Starbucks coffee blend Sumatra embossed on it.
Here is a really cute feature of the planner: the steel bookmark! Every color has a different one: coffee bean for the yellow, house for the brown, Starbucks cup for the black, and the magenta one has the Vinta icon. This is also the logo for their Kape Vinta blend sourced from the Asia-Pacific.

The planner comes in a magnetic lock, which is a rare feature and I only saw it with Starbucks planners.

So let's explore the pages:

The first page tells about the owner. (^_^)

The first page
The dividers are very interesting as it features information about Starbucks and everything about coffee!

About Starbucks

About the origins of coffee

Now this, I like! Featuring the various elements of coffee. It ain't a simple cup!
After the dividers is a blank page for random notes. It is simple and chic. Perfect for doodling, too! (^_^)

The first page of every month is a blank page
The layout for each day is done as to have more space for weekdays, and lesser ones for the weekends. And what I love about it? There is no time format so there is no time pressure when you look at your tasks for the day. Hehehehe

The layout of the Starbucks 2014 Planner is simple and minimal.
Each month has a different symbol on top. It is cute to see such details like this!

A coffee plant icon for February...

...and some healthy reminder for December
Plus more! Free stickers and coupons are included! Yay! The stickers are so cute and the coupons let you save money for future Starbucks purchases.

The stickers are about the Starbucks coffee blends.

Oooh! Coupons!
And that pretty much sums up the elegant 2014 Starbucks Planner!

The simple back portion of the planner.

[Review] Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub

Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub is a product that impressed me on my first try. Mostly, when I review beauty products, I use it at least a week to see the effects and results on my skin. I never thought that a body scrub can make me go "wow!" instantly! I got this from my Gluta-C Sample Room haul . And I used it the day after I got it. I was that excited!  This product is packaged in a tub. It is a soft, viscous, and grainy cream. The smell is nice, too! It has a cool perfume scent.  120g tub of Gluta-C Body Scrub This is how I used this: I wet my skin and then took an ample amount of the scrub and then applied it using circular motions. Afterwards, I put liquid body wash on a loofah then rubbed on my skin. I could feel the small grains from the scrub gently exfoliating my skin. I love the combination it does with the body wash. The bubbles and the foam make it comfortable! All the while, I know that my skin is thoroughly cleansed!  Here is the surprise!

[Food Review] Everyday Tous Les Jours

My addiction with Tous les Jours started when my cousin brought home a whole load of breads from the said bakery. She recommended that their products are of high quality, while handing me their bestseller aptly called as "Sweet Black Rice Bread with Cream Cheese". Upon taking my first bite, I couldn't stop eating it up until the last piece. With that inspiration, I decided to go visit one of their stores for a closer look.  I went to their branch in SM North. The store is located in The Block near SM Hypermarket. Saturated with yellow lights and wooden furniture, Tous Les Jours had the french bakery/coffee shop aura. Tous Les Jours signage in SM North The front view of the store.  Yummy breads on display!  Breads on display for sale. Oh! There is my favorite! Following my cousin's recommendation, I bought the one with cream cheese filling. However, I had a dilemma which one to choose as it has two variants. The one with black sesame? or plain

My Chouhou Gundam

I am so excited to write about the latest addition to my Gundam collection!  This time, I got it from the Gundam Caravan Booth last Best of Anime 2012 ! It was a fun-filled event full of cosplayers and various booths !  This time, we were given the Chouhou Gundam to setup. Uhm, I'm not sure if there is another name for this Gundam. However, the Katakana characters read as "Chouhou", so let me stick with that.  The box of Chouhou Gundam. Hey! This one is new! Other than the manual for setting up, there is also comics inside the box. Wow! It is great as I will get to know more about this Gundam! But time was of the essence, so I decided to move on with building and detailing and set aside reading for later. Comics inside the Chouhou Gundam box. So let us start with the steps in setting up. Here are the photos: We start off with the feet Then the head was next. Putting stickers on is hard, you know. Of course, we need the torso to connect the
