Fiona Cologne by SkinTec

The movie date last weekend lead me to learn more about SkinTec and their products. Fiona Cologne is part of their lineup of quality fragrances. I got my share of this from my loot bag from the movie date with the company. Let me present to you Fiona Colognes, new and sweet scents for girls.

Fiona Colognes from my loot bag.
The first one that I tried from my haul is the one called Raspberry Drops. This one caught my attention as I love to eat berries! I'm loving the sweet scent that reminds me of 100% raspberries! The product was in a liquid form and it was as light as water! With that, I was not afraid to pour in a rich amount on my skin and clothes. And take note, the fragrance evaporates quickly, so no worries about wet spots on your blouse.

My favorite Raspberry Drops.
My personal advice for using colognes is that you need to apply a lot of the product on your skin or clothes for a longer lasting effect. I have noticed that the smell lasts longer on my clothes than on my skin. So, I pour in a lot on my shirt. The scent lasts for about 4 hours on me.

If berry scents are not your type, Fiona Cologne also have other variants to suit your personality:

Cool Burst has melon as its dominant scent. Bubbly Pink is probably the sweetest fragrance of all Fiona variants! The smell is like candy infused with flowers. Along with Raspberry Drops, I got these in flip top bottles.

Cool Burst, Raspberry Drops, and Bubbly Pink are packaged in flip top bottles.
There is also Ice Glacier for girls who like to smell clean and fresh. Youthful Bliss is of floral notes, with jasmine overpowering all others. Pretty Mist is comparable to fresh watermelon to me, although the description says strawberries. I got these three in spray bottle packaging.

In spray bottles: Pretty Mist, Ice Glacier, and Youthful Bliss.
All variants of Fiona colognes have top quality fragrance oils, same as the ones used by leading brands of fragrances in the market. The ingredients are hypoallergenic and BFAD Approved. So it is safe for use on kids and babies.

According to SkinTec, the scent lasts for 6-8 hours! But of course, it would still depend on your body chemistry. With you smelling fresh that long, everyone would surely want to be with you!

The product is very affordable, too! As of writing this post, flip top Fiona Colognes sizes and prices are: 25mL (Php 15.00), 50mL (Php 24.75), 75mL (Php 34.00), 100mL (Php 39.00). The 50mL spray bottles cost Php 35.25

Fiona Colognes and other products by SkinTec are available in Puregold Supermarket, Robinsons Supermarket, Shopwise, Rustan's Supermarket, and in other leading supermarkets and drugstores nationwide.

[Review] Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub

Gluta-C Intense Whitening Body Scrub is a product that impressed me on my first try. Mostly, when I review beauty products, I use it at least a week to see the effects and results on my skin. I never thought that a body scrub can make me go "wow!" instantly! I got this from my Gluta-C Sample Room haul . And I used it the day after I got it. I was that excited!  This product is packaged in a tub. It is a soft, viscous, and grainy cream. The smell is nice, too! It has a cool perfume scent.  120g tub of Gluta-C Body Scrub This is how I used this: I wet my skin and then took an ample amount of the scrub and then applied it using circular motions. Afterwards, I put liquid body wash on a loofah then rubbed on my skin. I could feel the small grains from the scrub gently exfoliating my skin. I love the combination it does with the body wash. The bubbles and the foam make it comfortable! All the while, I know that my skin is thoroughly cleansed!  Here is the surprise!

[Food Review] Everyday Tous Les Jours

My addiction with Tous les Jours started when my cousin brought home a whole load of breads from the said bakery. She recommended that their products are of high quality, while handing me their bestseller aptly called as "Sweet Black Rice Bread with Cream Cheese". Upon taking my first bite, I couldn't stop eating it up until the last piece. With that inspiration, I decided to go visit one of their stores for a closer look.  I went to their branch in SM North. The store is located in The Block near SM Hypermarket. Saturated with yellow lights and wooden furniture, Tous Les Jours had the french bakery/coffee shop aura. Tous Les Jours signage in SM North The front view of the store.  Yummy breads on display!  Breads on display for sale. Oh! There is my favorite! Following my cousin's recommendation, I bought the one with cream cheese filling. However, I had a dilemma which one to choose as it has two variants. The one with black sesame? or plain

Rain and HyunA

After four months, the Rain Effect still leaves a mark in me. It is a great album and if I have all the time in the world, I would feature each track in a full write up. For this sixth volume, Rain had a song which featured the K-Pop artist HyunA. It is entitled "Where are you going, Oppa?" and it has a nice Arabian-like beat infused with bass and hip hop, it hints of sexiness too.  For today, I will write about this song that was successful in bringing out a reaction in me. Let’s listen… Fan video by Miyu MaGirlYura So now you understand why it brought a reaction in me? Hehehe ~ It means that the artist is successful in bringing out the emotion through a song. One thing is for sure, Rain chose the perfect girl to sing with him. Both are top caliber artists in their own field. And because of him, I now like HyunA and I researched about her. Kum Hyuna (HyunA) I already know the entertainer named HyunA. I can't remember how, though. I just know her as the n
