Ozine Fest 2012

Lots of stuff happened last Ozine Fest 2012 in SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 2. I attended Day 3 and it was packed with otakus, cosplayers, and figure collectors. The place was very overcrowded that it came to a point where I couldn't enjoy the event as I used to. But thanks to my friends in cosplay, the event was made worthwhile. :)

There were various stalls in the event. School gakuensai, Host Club, Maid Cafe, and merchant booths made this a fun filled event. I got a Madoka poster and other freebies from Friendster

My favorite is the Figure Exhibit by Team Onii-chan! All those toys... ^_^

The figure exhibit! :)
My second favorite is the stall by Manika Manila which showcased their love for Asian Ball Jointed Dolls. Wow! Those dolls were very inspiring! It reminded me of my desire to buy Dot Shall of Dream of Doll. :)

Asian Ball Jointed Dolls were also cosplaying.
I came to this event for cosplay. That being said, let me share my photos of cosplayers in the event.
Cosplayer Ralph Patrick Villaluz

Cosplayer Florenz Sumalinog

Cosplayer Gaby Ortega

And my favorite cosplayer of the day is  Ira Orduna as Azure Rathalos. Her armor is well made and detailed from head to foot!

One downer of the event is the venue. It couldn't cater the volume of the con goers. And I won't talk about the guards. >.< Everybody knows that.

Like I said earlier, cosplay made this event worth my time.

Presenting The Starbucks 2014 Planner

There are a lot of 2014 planners available out there. For this post, let me share with you the 2014 Starbucks Planner. Every December, people are talking about it! The cover and the layouts are something to look forward to, as well. For this year, it came in four colors: yellow, magenta, brown, and black. The black one is the Philippine edition ( hmmm, tempting! ). I'm very much impressed because the cover feels like leather.  I will feature the magenta one. My friend owns this. I already have a planner for 2014, owning another doesn't make sense at all. Hehehe ~ So, I decided to take some photos of it and share what's inside. (^_^) Left: the box, Right: the planner.  The cover is embossed with coffee icons and Starbucks coffee blend logos. I noticed the symbol for their coffee Sumatra and the elephant icon for Kenya. The 2014 Starbucks Planner in magenta I saw the symbol of the Starbucks coffee blend Sumatra embossed on it. Here is a really cute featur

My Chouhou Gundam

I am so excited to write about the latest addition to my Gundam collection!  This time, I got it from the Gundam Caravan Booth last Best of Anime 2012 ! It was a fun-filled event full of cosplayers and various booths !  This time, we were given the Chouhou Gundam to setup. Uhm, I'm not sure if there is another name for this Gundam. However, the Katakana characters read as "Chouhou", so let me stick with that.  The box of Chouhou Gundam. Hey! This one is new! Other than the manual for setting up, there is also comics inside the box. Wow! It is great as I will get to know more about this Gundam! But time was of the essence, so I decided to move on with building and detailing and set aside reading for later. Comics inside the Chouhou Gundam box. So let us start with the steps in setting up. Here are the photos: We start off with the feet Then the head was next. Putting stickers on is hard, you know. Of course, we need the torso to connect the

Proud to be a Bella

May 21 2011 had been added to my list of memorable days thanks to the girls of Belle de Jour Power Planner. That special day was the BDJ Girls' Rendevous for the month of May. The theme was I Dream, therefore I can.  It was one of the biggest event to date. Almost 100 slots were available to be filled. The invitation to the event was given through various contests. I got my slot in this event through the Belle de Jour Facebook Fan Page. They posted a question at exactly 2:54 PM of May 5, 2011. They posted a question as their status which was: Question, Bellas:   How do you unwind/relax when you're stressed from school or work?   The first 25 BDJ Girls who will comment on THIS THREAD will get a slot at the BDJ Rendezvous: I Dream Therefore I Can! : ) When I saw that post, I immediately wrote "I watch my favorite teleserye." Woah! Believe it or not, I got the lucky 25th slot. Weee! The Rendevous was held in Ace Water Spa in Ortigas. I thought that swimming wi
